BESERVY · PRACTICAL GUIDES

A well-kept building starts with a clear plan.

Use this guide when hiring or reviewing cleaning for your residential community. Defining the work before comparing offers makes it easier to assess what each proposal includes and what the building actually needs.

For community representatives and property managers.

STEP 01

Start with the areas, rather than a single frequency.

List the entrances, stairs, landings, lifts and access areas to be covered. Add the garage, glass and outdoor shared spaces if they belong in the enquiry. Identifying each area avoids assuming that a task is included before it has been agreed.

The number of floors and entrances, footfall and materials help define the work. A busy entrance and a communal storage room have different needs. Separate areas used every day from those that need periodic attention.

STEP 02

Separate routine cleaning from periodic tasks.

The plan should say what happens in each area and when. Routine cleaning of floors and contact surfaces can be organised differently from glass, garages or one-off work. Frequency is agreed according to building use; one schedule will not suit every residential community.

Before asking for a price, collect the needs reported by residents. Distinguish a specific issue from a recurring task. This helps the proposal identify routine work and any additional tasks assessed separately.

STEP 03

Compare proposals that describe the same work.

Check the areas, tasks, frequencies, access hours and responsibility for materials. If one offer includes the garage and another only the entrance, the prices cover different services. Ask for exclusions and additional work to be identified.

Also agree a coordination contact and how issues will be reported. A clear proposal makes it easier to review the service with the representative or property manager and distinguish cleaning from small repairs or building maintenance.

STEP 04

Prepare the building information.

Provide the town, number of floors and entrances, shared areas and whether there is a garage. Include the current frequency, tasks to review and access arrangements. If a surface area is unknown, leave it for assessment.

BESERVY is based in Bétera and works mainly in Valencia. Enquiries in Alicante or Castellón are assessed by project scope and availability. An initial enquiry helps define the proposal; this guide does not set a price or an automatic frequency.

YOUR NEXT STEP

Prepare your enquiry.

Select the needs you want to discuss. You can complete and review the enquiry on the contact page.

What does your space need?

The selection is only used to prepare your text. It is not sent or stored by the website.

Before you enquire.

Can I enquire without knowing every surface area?

Yes. Provide the information you have and leave the surface area for assessment. The number of floors, entrances and shared areas helps prepare the enquiry.

Are small repairs included in cleaning?

They are defined separately. If maintenance or repairs are also needed, mention them in the enquiry so their scope can be assessed.
