2002
Bétera. Five professionals. One shared ambition.
We started close.
We stay close.
Our journey began in 2002, driven by the ambition and enthusiasm of five cleaning and services professionals. That was the start of the project you now know as BESERVY.
In our early days as Servibétera | SBT, our commitment was to meet the integrated maintenance needs of our local area. Communities, businesses and local spaces shaped that first chapter.
Personal connection, professionalism and client care shaped the way we worked. They still do.
OUR EVOLUTION
A service for every environment.
As needs became more diverse, our response became more specialised: Home for communities and homes, Corporate for businesses and industry, Premium for hotels and Pharma for healthcare and sensitive environments. The same care, adapted to each place.
THE GROUP
Specialist services that work together.
Today we are part of Grupo Barrio Capital, with its Valencian roots. Cleaning connects with specialist services in maintenance, electrical systems, heating and cooling, access systems, renovations and property management to provide more complete solutions.
THE NEXT STEP
People and technology, together.
BESERVY ONE brings our commitment to service information and coordination to life. We are also exploring robotics as support for the team: a project under evaluation, where the space, supervision and people guide each decision.
